Views over the bay of Krotiri and the port of Parikia, a shared pool just below the terrace, and the beach five minutes away on foot.
The ground floor
Paros Bay Villa is a traditional three-bedroom stone house with views over the bay of Krotiri and the port of Parikia. The wind-protected beach of Marcello is a five-minute walk away, and the villa has access to a spacious shared swimming pool just below the terrace, plus a private gas BBQ.
On the ground floor: an open living room, kitchen, and dining area with doors onto a large terrace, which has its own dining table, BBQ, and lounging area. The kitchen has a full-size fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, cooker and oven, coffee machine, and kettle. There is a large flat-screen TV (with Netflix access using your own login) and free WiFi throughout.
The bedrooms
Downstairs are the three bedrooms: two doubles, each with its own en-suite shower room, and one twin room with a shower room next door that also has the washing machine. Linens and towels, including pool towels, are provided, along with a travel cot on request. Air conditioning is individually controlled in every bedroom and in the living and kitchen area, with standing fans also available.

Met in person, every time
Anna, who lives on Paros year-round, greets every guest on arrival, hands over the keys, and walks through the house — hot water, the cooker, WiFi, and so on — before answering questions about the island.
She meets guests again at departure to check the house and collect keys, and is reachable by phone throughout the stay.
