What we collect
The only personal data this site collects is what you type into the inquiry form: your name, email address, phone number if you choose to give it, your travel dates, the size of your party, and anything you write in the message field. The site does not require an account and does not collect payment information; no payment is ever taken through this website.
Why we collect it
We use your details for one purpose: to reply to your booking inquiry and, if you go on to book, to arrange your stay. The consent checkbox on the form records that you agreed to be contacted about your inquiry.
How long we keep it
Inquiry emails are kept for up to two years so we can refer back to earlier conversations if you contact us again, and are then deleted. If you book a stay, booking-related correspondence may be kept longer where Greek tax and short-term-rental regulations require records to be retained.
Who can see it
Your data is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing. It is seen only by the villa's owners and host, and by the service providers needed to deliver it to us — the form-handling and email services used by this website's hosting platform, which process the data on our behalf.
Your rights
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation you can ask us at any time to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email us at the contact address in the footer and we will act on your request promptly.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not use advertising cookies. If we use visitor analytics, we use a privacy-respecting service that does not identify individual visitors or track you across other websites.
